Who am I and why would you listen to me?

Hi, my name is Linda…

I’ve been exploring meaning and purpose for many years by intertwining a 20+ year-long career in corporate business consulting with solo travel across 40+ countries, teaching 2 types of yoga (Kundalini and Sivananda), cofounding a sustainability start-up, and studying the metaphysical concept of meaningful relations. The latter included a yearlong journey across Europe to ask over a hundred people “How is it to be you?” I’ve recently discovered a passion for artistic self-portrait photography and published my debut magical realism novel ‘CONTRAST’.

What makes me unique in the world of personal development - besides my endless curiosity and willingness to constantly keep learning and my soul growing - is the fact that both my own system and my experience highlight the importance of connecting heart, head, body, and soul.

As a (freelance) corporate business consultant who specializes in Operational Excellence, I’ve helped dozens of COOs make their processes and organizations more efficient (head) and done so together with their employees so that they not only accepted the accompanying changes but were an integral part of making them happen (heart). I understand the methods and how to approach the process of change, the people in the companies know their business. My personal journey has definitely not been linear. I’ve seen and tried everything I could get my hands on.     • It depends. There will be approximately 6 hours worth of video content across 15 videos. The majority of these videos contain exercises that will require you to pause the video. Though most exercises are simple and do not need to cost more than 15 minutes, they’re not necessarily easy and might take you longer simply because they require more intellectual and/or emotional intensity

    • Most videos including exercises will take you an hour or hour-and-a-half to complete, making a total of 15 to 25 hours

    • Though the program is meant to be self-paced, due to the intense nature of the program and topics, I recommend taking a month just to give yourself space to breathe. This way, you’ll do 1 or 2 modules per week
